im not sure if my exhaust is legal here in WV, because in the motor vehicle code it says that the exhaust may not exceed X decibels and must use baffled mufflers with the walls in them. i am not sure if the stock h-pipe/resonators/whatever use that or not.
i have never been pulled over for it, and i recently passed inspection. when i asked about it, he said the only thing they check for is how loud it is, and they do it by ear. so go figure.
